Super Summary

What a wonderful resource this site is.  Thank you to Lorrie Dyson for suggesting it.  This site contains all subjects and is a great resource for lots of topics and subjects.

I also found that Jefferson County Schools has a nice chart of instructional resources aligned to grade level standards.  Jefferson County School Instructional Resources

M-STEP year two (and last year?) what's up with that?

Wow, It's been a year since I've posted here!  Yikes!  I've been so busy I haven't even thought about this lonely old blog.

So, it seems as though M-STEP will be going away.  I just don't understand how we can continue to be evaluated with a new test every year.  Really... next year will be our third new test.  I guess I feel that if the state doesn't feel it's a good test for kids, how can they feel that it's still okay to evaluate us using it?

Go figure...

Anyway, the good thing is that they now have come out with student tutorials :)

M-step

Boy am I glad the M-step is over!  I do wish that our classes would have spent more time on the practice page set up by MDE.
